GENERAL PROVISIONS
BUYER accepts and declares that the information provided by him/her at (https://chauffeurandbeyond.com) (hereinafter referred to as the website) will be correct in order for the service he purchased to be performed properly.
In order for the service subject to the contract to be performed, the service payment must be made through the payment channels on the website. Service fees are calculated automatically after selections are made.
In order to cancel the purchased service, the SELLER is responsible for completely fulfilling the paid service. SELLER has the right not to transport passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who endanger the safety of the driver and vehicle. For this reason, passengers who are not picked up cannot claim rights (including refund) from the company.
Cancellation of any article in this contract cannot cancel other articles in the contract or cause termination of the contract.
The company is not responsible for loading the belongings of the person purchasing the service during the meeting.
SERVICE DURATION
a. chauffeurandbeyond.com sells transportation and transfer services of service providers.
b. After the provision of the Service with this Agreement, if the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the product to chauffeurandbeyond.com due to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, which is not due to the BUYER's fault, the BUYER chauffeurandbeyond, provided that the service has been delivered. com account in advance within three (3) days.

PAYMENT PLAN
Chauffeurandbeyond.com provides the infrastructure to make maximum safe shopping with the necessary SSL security certificates in credit card payments. However, it can also be used against illegal transactions that may occur in credit card payments, such as card theft, extra money withdrawals, and taking overpayments from credit cards with viruses and pop-up methods. does not accept liability.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / CHANGE AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
All changes and cancellations must be notified to the chauffeurandbeyond.com office via e-mail or fax. In case of cancellations made 24 hours before the first transfer service, the entire transfer fee will be paid to the Buyer. For cancellations within 24-12 hours of the first transfer service, 50% of the specified service fee will be refunded. For cancellations less than 12 hours before the transfer and service period, the specified service fee will not be refunded. For all changes and cancellations, please contact our customer service.
All changes must be notified via e-mail to info@chauffeurandbeyond.com. The changes cover changes made until 12 hours before the specified service date, and no extra fee will be charged for changes to the date, time, meeting time, pickup time, made up to 12 hours before. done in a short period of time
Extra fees are charged for changes depending on the availability of the service provider and the feasibility of making changes.
RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF THE PARTIES
a. Since chauffeurandbeyond.com sells the product of the service provider, it does not accept responsibility for product defects and is not the addressee.
b. chauffeurandbeyond.com does not accept responsibility for lost items, extra fee payments, delays, accidents, injuries, missing the flight due to force majeure, meeting at late pick-up time, extra hospital expenses, accommodation expenses, extra transportation expenses, and the buyer and the service provider do not accept any responsibility in this regard. and the insurance of the parties are responsible. Likewise, chauffeurandbeyond.com employees, managers and representatives are not directly responsible in these cases.
c. The buyer is obliged to fill in the transfer and service information themselves and all these specified meeting time, meeting place, pick-up time (they must be at the airports at least 1 hour before for domestic flights - at least 2 hours before for international flights), transfer and service duration, pick-up place. The Buyer is responsible for delays and disputes arising from such issues and cannot claim extra fees, material or moral losses for these situations. All this information is filled in by the Buyer and followed up by the buyer receiving the service.
D. Service providers attach importance to being present at the meeting time and place, but this is never guaranteed, and any extra expenses, payments, extra service and transportation expenses arising from this will not be accepted.
to. The waiting time at the airport for the specified service is limited to a maximum of 45 minutes for domestic flights and a maximum of 60 minutes for international flights. There is a maximum waiting period of 15 minutes after the specified date and time for return or pick-up from the hotel or address. From this moment on, the buyer cannot claim any rights and no refund will be made.
f. It is the buyer's responsibility to fill in the transfer information, and the buyer is responsible for being late, not being able to receive additional service, or missing the airline flight due to this information.
g. Filling in the transfer and service information is the responsibility of the buyer, and it is not the responsibility of the service provider if the hotel and address cannot be found or are late due to this reason. Extra transportation and service expenses that may occur for this reason are also the responsibility of the Buyer.
h. The service provider provides service in the specified vehicle category, but this is never guaranteed, for this reason the service provider reserves the right to change the vehicle type and category.
I. For customers arriving at the service meeting point by air; It is the service provider's responsibility to monitor airline delays, but this is limited to 3 hours. For delays of more than 3 hours, chauffeurandbeyond.com should be contacted. Extra fees may be charged for waits longer than 3 hours. If it is not accepted by the buyer, the service is not provided.
j. The meeting and waiting time with the Buyer at the time and place of return and meeting (Hotel-address-home) is limited to 15 minutes. The buyer who does not come during this period loses his right to service and no refund will be given. In these cases, customer services cannot reach you (mobile phone) due to reasons such as The buyer is responsible.
It is the responsibility of the service provider to provide service with all vehicles to be used for the specified services, with legal responsibilities and authorities fulfilled.
REJECTION AND LIMITATION OF CARRIAGE
Sales person; For security reasons or using its discretion, it may refuse to carry the passenger and/or passenger Luggage in the following and similar cases:
a-Passenger behavior, age or mental or physical condition,
b-If it requires special assistance from the seller,
c- Causes inconvenience or objections to other passengers or poses any risk or danger to other persons or property,
d-If the passenger's failure to comply with the seller's instructions makes such a rejection necessary,
e-If Passenger has refused the security check,
f- If passengers are under the influence of intoxicants and/or drugs and arrive at the boarding terminal in a way that affects the safety and comfort of other passengers and the journey,
The ticket price will not be refunded by the seller and no compensation will be paid to passengers who are refused transportation.
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED AS BAGGAGE:
a- Firearms and ammunition used for purposes other than hunting and sports are prohibited from being carried as baggage. Firearms and ammunition for hunting and sporting purposes may be accepted as checked baggage to the extent they comply with carrier rules. Firearms must be safely off, without ammunition and properly packaged.
b-Seller; may refuse to carry any object as baggage because of its size, shape, weight and nature.
c-The seller may refuse to carry the luggage unless it is placed in bags, suitcases or other suitable containers to ensure safe transportation with normal care.
d-Passengers have free baggage allowance.
e- At the Destination point, passengers can collect their luggage after all their luggage has been unloaded from the vehicle.
f-Prohibited substances such as drugs are strictly prohibited. If it is detected to have been carried, the responsibility rests entirely with the carrier.
TRANSPORTATION OF ANIMALS
Dog with valid vaccination and health certificate, entry permits and other documents required by Greece (except for dogs that pose danger such as American pitbull terrier, American staffordshire terrier, bull terrier, staffordshire bull terrier, Japanese tosa, dogo argentino, doberman, rottweiler) and Animals such as cats can be accepted for transportation with prior agreement with the seller.
CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT AND THE CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE.
